Senior Social Media Executive - Fashion Brand

We are partnered with a fast-growing UK fashion retailer known for its trend-led, affordable collections and strong digital presence. With a loyal customer base, frequent new launches and continued investment in ecommerce and customer experience, the business has established itself as a leading name in accessible fashion.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of the entire social media function for an exciting and growing fashion brand. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a multi-platform social media strategy, building a consistent and premium brand identity while driving meaningful engagement, brand awareness and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall social media strategy, establishing clear objectives and growth plans across all platforms.
- Build and lead the social media function, managing and mentoring Content Creators and supporting their development.
- Own the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating tailored strategies for each platform.
- Develop a premium, aspirational social identity that appeals to a more mature fashion audience.
- Lead the planning, creation and delivery of engaging and commercially effective social content.
- Create, film, edit and publish high-quality video and photographic content across organic social and paid advertising.
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches, seasonal collections and key brand moments.
- Plan and manage content shoots, including booking models, styling looks and coordinating production schedules.
- Work closely with the in-house photographer and wider Marketing team to deliver high-quality creative.
- Own the social media content calendar, ensuring campaigns, launches, Stories and promotional activity are planned and delivered effectively.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity, tone of voice and visual direction across all social channels.
- Analyse social media performance and use data and insights to continually improve content, engagement, reach and conversion.
- Identify new opportunities to grow the brand through social-first campaigns, trends, creators and innovative content formats.
- Stay ahead of developments across social platforms, fashion trends, consumer behaviour and algorithms.
- Confidently appear on camera when required and direct talent during content shoots.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing and Brand teams to ensure social activity supports wider commercial and brand objectives.

About You:

- 2+ years' experience in social media management, ideally within a fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-platform social media strategies.
- Previous experience managing, mentoring or leading Content Creators or a social media team.
- A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, including platform-specific best practice and emerging trends.
- Excellent video creation, editing and creative storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of work.
- A highly creative eye with a strong understanding of premium fashion and lifestyle content.
