About The Natural Dispensary

At The Natural Dispensary, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our customers through natural health products. Servicing qualified healthcare professionals and their clients throughout the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world for over 18 years. We believe in the power of nature and are committed to creating a positive impact on our community and the environment.

We are proudly a family-founded company, employing over 100 people within our local community. Currently, we are undergoing our BCorp application and are dedicated to continuing to improve our company culture, how we practice, and reduce our impact.

We’re now entering an exciting phase of evolution: enhancing systems, strengthening relationships, and growing sustainably. Growth for us means more than revenue; it’s about empowering our people, elevating our service, and deepening our practitioner community.

About the Role

This role is to plan, create, publish, and grow our social media presence and community day to day, contribute strongly to strategy, and report on how it is performing, which includes all social channels. Whilst this role will not have line management responsibility, it will be materially responsible for our socials, ensuring that as a trusted specialist brand, we show up and are the disruptor in a category full of competitors. Most of our audience are healthcare practitioners: nutritional therapists, naturopaths, and clinicians who recommend and dispense to their patients. That makes this a different kind of social brief from consumer retail. Credibility matters more than volume, and the people we talk to know their subject better than most audiences ever will.

Key Responsibilities:

Channels and content

  • Own and run TND's brand and product social channels — including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Write all social copy in our brand tone of voice, and create high-quality, engaging content that earns attention from an expert audience.
  • Plan content against the marketing calendar, seasonal peaks, brand launches, and new product releases.
  • Work with the design and brand teams so social sits coherently alongside everything else we put out.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Strategy and campaigns

  • Build and scale our cross-channel social strategy, with clear objectives and a clear view of what success looks like before anything goes live.
  • Develop campaigns end to end - concept, budget, schedule, and delivery.
  • Identify where social can attract new audiences, including as we develop new sales channels.

Community

  • Manage and grow our communities, responding to comments and conversations and positioning TND as a genuine expert voice.
  • Build relationships with the practitioners in our audience, turning followers into an engaged community that advocates for us.

Photography and film

  • Plan and shoot image and video content for all platforms, from quick-turnaround social video to planned shoots.

Measurement and analysis

  • Report on social's contribution to the things that matter commercially - practitioner acquisition, orders, and revenue not reach and follower counts alone.
  • Track campaign performance against expectation and act on what the numbers tell you.
  • Audit our social presence.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify the gaps we should be filling.

Working responsibly

  • Work within the rules that govern what we can say about health products, and know when something needs sign-off rather than publishing it and hoping.

Other

  • Ad hoc duties that could reasonably be expected in line with skill and experience.

About You:

Essential

  • Substantial experience in using, running, and managing social media platforms and planning tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills as this role involves a great deal of writing - spelling, grammar, and tone all matter.
  • A strong creative eye and a solid grasp of what good looks like on each platform.
  • Deep working knowledge of the social landscape, including where it is heading, not just where it is.
  • Comfortable with analytics - you can build a report, read it honestly, and change course because of it.
  • Able to shoot and edit social standard photo and video content.
  • Curious and research-minded, with the confidence to learn a technical subject properly.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated category, or willing to learn it quickly - what we say about products is governed by rules, and getting it right is part of the job.
  • Organised and self-directed - you will be the only person doing this, so you will set your own rhythm.
