Senior Social Media Executive - Beauty & Skincare
Up to £45,000
London
Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
We're working with a fast-growing, skincare brand scaling internationally, known for its loyal, engaged community. They're looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to drive content and audience growth across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you'll create engaging content and build genuine engagement with the brand's audience.
Responsibilities
- Own content creation and account management across Instagram and TikTok, staying ahead of platform trends
- Capture, shoot and edit short-form video content that drives engagement and sharing
- Build and manage content calendars aligned to key brand moments
- Track performance and use insights to refine content strategy
- Manage community engagement across platforms
- Support YouTube channel management, including Shorts, uploads, and SEO
- Collaborate with the wider creative and marketing team on brand storytelling

- At least 2 years' experience in a social media role, with strong hands-on experience across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience within a beauty or skincare brand strongly preferred
- Experience working within a founder-led brand environment
- Strong video content skills, with attention to detail across lighting, framing, and editing
- Confident using social design and editing tools
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practice
- Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
