As a senior individual contributor at Searchable Limited, you will own the entire social media function end-to-end. You will define the strategy, build a differentiated voice in the AI market, and create high-impact content that drives demand. What You Will Do
- Define and execute a multi-platform social strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, focusing on founder-led and personality-driven content.
- Identify and embed within key AI and marketing communities on Reddit and niche forums to drive meaningful engagement and authority.
- Analyze performance data to ensure social efforts directly contribute to pipeline generation, brand authority, and category positioning.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of experience in social media management, specifically within the B2B SaaS or digital marketing sectors.
- Possesses deep expertise in building founder-led content and a proven track record of driving real business impact beyond vanity metrics.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and is comfortable working 5 days a week from a central London Bridge office.
