As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of a social strategy in the middle of a genuine revamp - real scope to shape direction, not just execute a playbook. You will lead content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for a brand that wants to make business content genuinely entertaining, and move away from dry, corporate B2B messaging towards bold, social-first storytelling.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging, social-first content that informs and inspires an audience of ambitious founders
- Appear on camera where appropriate, bringing energy and personality to content
- Champion social media internally, encouraging wider team engagement
- Use performance insights to continuously refine content and strategy
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts to keep content fresh
Your Profile
- Extensive experience creating and managing social content, with strong TikTok expertise
- Highly creative, with a track record of developing ideas that genuinely engage
- Confident directing colleagues and senior stakeholders on content
- Comfortable on camera; presenting experience is a plus
- Curious and willing to get to grips with complex, less obviously "exciting" subject matter
