You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos! About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social team of four across all channels.
This role is focused on people, process and delivery. You will bring structure to the team, manage workloads and ensure content is planned, approved and published on time. You will also help develop our social strategy and build a strong community of freelance content creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop our social team
- Own the social content calendar and delivery schedule
- Give the team clear priorities, responsibilities and timelines
- Improve team processes and ways of working
- Plan resources and manage workloads across all channels
- Build and manage a community of freelance content creators
- Create clear briefs and support the delivery of content that meets brand standards
- Run regular team meetings and individual development reviews
- Coordinate activity with product, creative, marketing and ecommerce teams
- Support the development and delivery of the social strategy
- Review performance and use results to improve future plans
- Sharing data on channel performance and how we use information to keep ahead.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading and developing people within a social media or content team
- A proven record of building and managing effective processes
- Experience sourcing and managing freelance content creators
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience managing busy content schedules and competing deadlines
- A supportive leadership style that gives people clarity and ownership
- Experience developing and delivering social media strategy
- Confident communication with teams and senior stakeholders
- A calm and practical approach in a fast paced environment
- Experience within fashion, retail or a consumer brand would be beneficial
