About Us
We are a global, socially led creative agency, with unrivalled social media and influencer marketing expertise. With over 1,200 people in four continents, we deliver a global perspective to our clients in a time when social media is shaping culture.
We’re proud to be a multi award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Amazon Music, Activision and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date.
As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.
The Opportunity
Are you obsessed with music culture and the internet?
Do you instinctively know what’s trending before everyone else does?
Are you as excited by a perfectly timed meme or TikTok as you are by bigger creative ideas?
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team supporting a major entertainment account across music and podcasts.
This is a hands-on role for someone deeply immersed in social culture, from TikTok trends and creator communities to fan discourse, Reddit threads, Discord servers and the conversations shaping music and entertainment online. You’ll know how audiences behave across platforms, what makes content travel, and how brands can show up authentically in culture.
You’ll lead the day-to-day editorial output for UK social channels, working across ideation, content creation and publishing. From reactive memes and lo-fi social content to bigger campaign concepts, you’ll help create work that audiences genuinely want to engage with.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
