Manvoure
Manvoure is a founder-led premium menswear brand built for men who want to look sharp, always; quick and easy. We're scaling fast, and social is becoming one of our most important channels, it's where the brand comes to life daily. We're not happy with how it's looking right now and we have tons of content incoming so we need someone who can help us upgrade the pages. (IG/Facebook and also schedule along where possible)
The role:
We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to own our social presence end to end. This is an early-stage, founder-led brand — you'll have real influence on how Manvoure's identity shows up across platforms, not just execute someone else's playbook.
You've got sharp creative taste, you understand culture and trends, and you can turn brand direction into daily content without needing everything spelled out. You're hands-on, fast, and you thrive in a startup pace — not a big-corporate structure with five approval layers.
What you'll do
Strategy & channels
- Run and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Build platform-specific growth strategies, not one-size-fits-all content
- Bring Manvoure's voice and visual identity to life in partnership with our creative team
- Spot trends and cultural moments in fashion and menswear before they peak

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
