Role Overview
These campaigns will drive growth and engagement across our social platforms, while building fandom for our IP and delivering innovative, impactful content. You'll also act as a development producer for all shows-related original content — whether that's Behind-the-Scenes Interviews, show extensions, or working with the Director of Digital Commissioning and Production on IP-adjacent shortform series.
As a senior member of the Digital Brand Team, you'll be a core part of the Digital & Social team and wider business, working closely with colleagues in Press, Marketing, Programming and Creative teams to keep collaboration strong, while acting as an advocate for digital.
Responsibilities
- Manage a Junior Social Media Producer and freelance video editors, helping your team reach its full potential.
- Work closely with the Digital Brand Lead, owning end-to-end social campaigns in support of IP across the portfolio — from ideation and pre-production through production, workflow, timelines, asset development, scheduling and delivery to international regions.
- Build strong relationships across teams, working with Programming, Production, Marketing, Creative and PR to drive clear communication and execution of digital plans.
- Lead social content decisions for the properties you own, driving long-term strategy, pre-planned campaigns and day-to-day editorial decisions in line with departmental KPIs.
- Help develop and produce shows-adjacent shortform series.
- Manage multiple social campaigns at once, streamlining for efficiency while crafting thoughtful strategies to best serve unique audiences.
- Depending on individual project needs, manage the workload of freelance social producers and editors.
- Work with key social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube, as well as scouting out emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand.
- Develop and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns, monitoring regularly to understand what's working and recommending continuous improvements.
- Be a strong advocate for digital, building relationships across the company and industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
