The Role

Embedded at the crossroads of technology, entertainment, sport, and modern culture, this Senior Social Strategist will shape the social presence of two dynamic brands:

  • Our flagship AI platform – guided by a challenger brand ethos, disrupting conventional creativity at the frontier of generative AI.
  • Pixel – a lifestyle hardware brand redefining its identity through pop culture, major sponsorships (e.g., Love Island, Arsenal, Liverpool FC, England National Team), and community-driven engagement.

This position demands: ✔ Reflexive agility marries strategic vision with hands-on execution ✔ Original thinking over incremental tactics ✔ Tech-savvy disruptor who operates at the intersection of AI and hyper-volatile digital cultures

Responsibilities & Expectations

1. Disruptive Channel Architecture

  • Translate brand visions and sponsorship campaigns into platform-specific social strategies across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
  • Break industry norms by reimagining format, timing, and engagement tactics—always innovating over duplicating

2. Agile Creative & PR Partnership

  • Act as the strategic hub for creative and PR teams, fostering live iteration of ideas
  • Infuse social content into earned media narratives, positioning brands as thought leaders

3. Challenger Creator Ecosystem

  • Cultivate an elite network of creators, cultural figures, tech innovators, and athletes
  • Collaborate directly with them to demonstrate—not just articulate—the power of AI and Pixel’s brand essence

4. Live-Driven Cultural Creativity

  • Proactively spot real-time cultural moments (e.g., Love Island, sports fixtures)
  • Execute hyper-responsive tactical shifts on live social feeds

This is not for pencils-and-paper strategists. Expect a hands-on maverick with the following traits:

  • Native social energies – Thrives on algorithms, flatmates healthy attachment to Reels, threads, and trends

  • Tech whisperer – No mere “enthusiast” here. You experiment daily with AI, experimenting with new creative forms and workflows
