About the Company
This service provides high-quality safeguarding support to children and families across Merseyside. Teams are structured to ensure manageable caseloads and consistent practice standards. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, reflective practice and supporting practitioners to deliver meaningful long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Child in Need and Child Protection cases as a Safeguarding Social Worker.
- Deliver long-term family support focused on improving outcomes and stability.
- Work closely with multi-agency partners to safeguard children effectively.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning with a focus on proportionate intervention.

About You
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in safeguarding or child protection teams.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working in long-term statutory childrens services.
