What You'll Need
- Significant experience in software architecture and system design for complex engineering or scientific software
- Broad technological expertise across desktop, web, cloud, and distributed computing
- Proven ability to design scalable, extensible architectures and develop cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and AI-assisted development
- Experience leading software engineering teams, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
- Existing full UK work permission without time limit or sponsorship
