About The Role & Team

Join our innovative and fast-paced AI Development team as a Senior Software Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across our global portfolio. This role blends hands-on engineering, technical leadership and strategic innovation, ensuring that AI technologies are built responsibly, efficiently, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and deliver AI modules, troubleshoot system/model issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable code.
  • Uphold coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices across workstreams and the team.
  • Participate in reviews of everything from low-level code to sprint performance or definition of new initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, product, and DevOps teams to integrate AI capabilities into larger systems.
  • Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously drive innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience working in a development role, using modern, object-oriented programming languages.
  • Proven experience in Python, and experience with at least one additional language.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience building solutions with generative AI technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with model orchestration and integration frameworks, such as Semantic, Kernel, and LangChain.
  • Experience with designing prompts, implementing RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning models.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, testing, secure coding, debugging, and modern engineering workflows.

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Exposure to MLOps toolchains (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML).
  • Experience working in aviation, transportation, or other safety-critical environments.
  • Professional programming certification in a mainstream language is a plus.
