The Role

  • Develop and support complex commercial software solutions.
  • Provide 2nd Level Support and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Manage fixes, patches, and software releases.
  • Mentor and support junior developers.
  • Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java or another object-oriented language.
  • Proficiency with Oracle/SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Hibernate, JUnit, JMS, and XML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other developers.
