Location: Bristol, Hybrid: 2 days per week in office

Benefits

  • Incredibly generous holiday allowance
  • Professional Development, with access to coursework and certifications

  • Loads more x2026;

I am working with a client in Bristol who is looking for a strong Umbraco developer to join the team.

You should have skills in Umbraco 13+, and C,.Net 8+.

This is an agency, so you will work on lots of different projects, and should enjoy working in a busy environment and having a varied workload.

A lot of the initial work will involve migration from older versions of Umbraco to version 17.

Once migrations of new and existing clients are completed then you will move into more BAU work, including Product development and improvements, API integrations and.Net development in addition to Umbraco projects.

This is a fantastic place to work, with loads of great benefits, a focus on professional development with access to online certifications and a clear path to progression is in your hands.

They have incredibly high standards, so you will work with some amazingly talented software developers, producing high quality work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
