Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to act as a catalyst for quality across our engineering organisation. You will be a first-class engineer who builds & maintains our automated testing infrastructure, enabling rapid feedback cycles and the delivery of high-quality software at speed. This is a technical leadership role: you will advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, design test strategies, influence our test architecture, mentor others in test automation, and partner with engineering teams to build quality in from the ground up rather than test it at the end.

If you are passionate about quality engineering, comfortable using AI tooling to work faster and smarter, and want to shape testing practice in a fast-paced fintech environment, we want you on our team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
