Senior Software Engineer – Mission-Driven Technology 🚀

We’re partnered with a growing Tech for Good business who are currently building mission-driven products, and they are now scaling their engineering team. They are looking for Senior Software Engineers to help shape the future of a cloud-native platform with real-world impact.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team where you’ll influence technical direction, mentor other engineers and build software that supports millions of users through secure, date-driven services.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building and evolving a modern serverless platform where you’ll be working across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to architecture, delivery, engineering standards and continuous improvement.
What will you be doing:
- Design, build and maintain scalable full-stack applications
- Deliver new features from concept through to production
- Work across the frontend, backend, infrastructure and CI/CD
- Help drive engineering best practices through code reviews, pairing and mentoring
- Contribute to the technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including product, data and engineering

What are they looking for:
- Experience across full stack development with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges
- Good knowledge and experience in React.js, TypeScript and AWS with experience in backend technologies
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and modern engineering best practices
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, contributing to code reviews and helping raise engineering standards across the team
