What You'll Own
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll take a key position within the development team, helping deliver strategic projects while driving technical excellence across the platform.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- ✅ Building modern web applications and services
- ✅ Designing scalable, maintainable software solutions
- ✅ Delivering features from concept through to production
- ✅ Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Service teams
- ✅ Solving complex technical challenges across multiple environments
- ✅ Reviewing code and enhancing development standards
- ✅ Helping shape future technical direction
- ✅ Coaching and mentoring fellow engineers
- ✅ Driving continuous improvement across systems, tooling, and delivery practices
- ✅ Contributing to the leadership and growth of the engineering team

🎯 What We're Looking For
You're likely someone who enjoys balancing hands-on engineering with technical leadership. You'll bring:
- ✔ Strong experience developing modern web applications
- ✔ Excellent C# and ASP.NET skills
- ✔ Advanced React development expertise
- ✔ Experience designing and delivering scalable software solutions
- ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- ✔ Experience mentoring or supporting other developers
- ✔ The ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
- ✔ A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- ✔ The curiosity to learn, evolve, and explore new technologies
