Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular)

About The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in Angular, you will design and develop modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experience, performance, accessibility, and scalability.

You will take ownership of complex frontend features and components, collaborating closely with Product Owners, UX designers, backend engineers, ML engineers, and data specialists to deliver business-critical functionality within a globally used flagship product.

You will contribute to frontend architecture decisions, establish best practices, and help drive the evolution of our cloud-native platform running in AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modern, responsive, and highly interactive web applications using Angular.
  • Own frontend features end-to-end, from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture, component libraries, state management strategies, and application standards.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and microservices-based solutions.
  • Support production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor other engineers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and development standards.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
