Steadman Brown are partnering with an exciting organisation looking to change they way their industry works.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior full-stack developer to step up into a mentor role while staying hands on. The role will give you an high ownership role with real influence, working closely with the director of product to define technical direction that helps shape the platform and customers.

Responsibilities
- Owning and driving the architectural decisions that support the scalability and reliability across the platform
- Championing modern development practices including AI-assisted development, automation tooling and continuous improvement.
- Be hands-on in engineering while mentoring the junior team members
- Partner with the product management to assess feasibility, surface trade-offs and inform roadmap decisions.

Qualifications
- Extensive engineering experience
- Full-stack software development
- Java Experience
- Experience of using AI development tools
- Working with AWS
- Salesforce experience would be beneficial
