LEAD ENGINEER |.NET / TYPESCRIPT / REACT | HYBRID (UK) | UP TO £120K
Are you a technical consultant at heart, not just a developer who happens to be good at .NET? We're recruiting a Lead Engineer on behalf of a fast moving UK tech consultancy about to kick off several new client projects. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who wants to own delivery, not just contribute to it.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Lead Engineer to sit at the front of client engagements: building, architecting and leading a small team, while being the person a client trusts to take control of a project from day one.

- Own CI/CD pipeline build out from the ground up
- Work hands on with AWS and cloud frameworks
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team
- Be the technical face of the project on client site
- Help shape delivery approach and technical direction as new projects kick off over the coming weeks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong hands on background in.NET, with solid TypeScript and React experience
- Someone who builds things, not just configures or uses tools others have built
- A confident communicator who's comfortable leading, pushing back where needed, and owning outcomes on a client site
- Right to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship, as this role is unable to offer it

WORKING MODEL
- Primarily remote
- One day a week in our London office
- Roughly one day a week on client site, depending on the project
