Senior Software Engineer | Python Machine Learning | High-frequency trading (HFT)

Essential Skills
- Programming skills with Python (NumPy, SciPy)
- Strong understanding of probability, optimisation, and mathematical modelling
- Understanding of high-performance computing concepts such as multithreading
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an analytical, systems-focused approach
- Exposure to Machine Learning or advanced statistical techniques
- Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar

Day-to-Day Duties
- Design, develop, and analyse high-performance trading and analytics platforms
- Work with quant teams to convert prototype models into scalable production systems
- Optimise systems for low latency, scalability, and reliability
- Contribute to internal research projects exploring new metrics, analytical methods, and innovative applications of sport data
