Job Description: Senior Cloud-Native Software Engineers
We are looking for Senior Cloud-Native Software Engineers with 10+ years of software engineering experience to design and build modern, scalable enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications, and a full-stack mindset across Python backend development and React frontend engineering.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications is highly desirable. Candidates should have practical experience with areas such as LLM integration, RAG, AI orchestration, and agent frameworks, while maintaining strong core engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Build robust backend services and APIs using Python.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.
- Integrate enterprise applications with AI/LLM gateways and AI services.
- Design and implement RAG-based solutions, AI workflows, orchestration, and agentic capabilities.
- Work with AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain and Google ADK.
- Develop integrations with LLMs, model gateways, vector databases, and other AI infrastructure.
- Apply sound software engineering principles including modular design, clean code, testing, observability, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering standards for modern enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve application reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development.
- Strong experience building modern web applications using React.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade services.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with databases, caching, messaging, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar engineering environments.
- Strong problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.
AI & LLM Experience – Preferred
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications is highly desirable, including:
- LLM integration and consumption through APIs or enterprise AI/LLM gateways.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Prompt engineering and structured LLM interactions.
- AI workflow and orchestration.
- Agentic AI / AI agent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain and Google ADK.
- Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise considerations around AI security, governance, scalability, observability, and cost.

Cloud & Platform Experience
- Experience with one or more major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Additional experience with:
- Containers and Kubernetes
- Microservices and cloud-native architectures
- CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- API gateways and enterprise integration patterns
- Monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability
- Cloud security and identity/access management

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Experience with AI-enabled enterprise products or platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, Google ADK, RAG, LLM gateways, or agent frameworks.
- Experience with Kubernetes and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working in distributed/global engineering teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
