Senior Software Engineer | Hybrid - London | Up to £110,000+ 10% Bonus + Benefits

We’re partnering with a major global payments and technology business that is investing heavily in the future of AI and autonomous commerce.

As AI agents increasingly discover products, compare options and initiate purchases on behalf of consumers, new infrastructure is needed around trust, identity, user intent, authentication, tokenisation, fraud and real-time transaction visibility.

They are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team building the technology that will enable AI agents, merchants and payment platforms to interact securely and reliably.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building secure, scalable backend services supporting the future of agentic commerce.

This is a highly hands-on role, working across AI agent integrations, APIs and payment infrastructure. You’ll take ownership of features from design through to deployment and production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
