Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
London | Hybrid (3 days per week) | Up to £110k
A growing technology business is expanding its engineering team and looking for several Senior Software Engineers to support the next phase of platform growth and modernisation.
The company has an established product, a strong customer base, and a clear roadmap of new functionality. As part of a broader technology transformation, they're investing heavily in engineering and building a high-performing team capable of delivering both new features and long-term platform improvements.
This is a hands-on role suited to engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, owning work from concept through to delivery, and collaborating closely with product and engineering colleagues.

What They're Looking For
- Strong commercial Ruby on Rails experience
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and application performance
- Experience delivering production software end-to-end
- Comfortable working in both modern and legacy codebases
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership mentality and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes
