About the Role

I am delighted to be working with a Tech4Good Start-Up that is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to come on board and take ownership of the existing platform, plus manage the new development of their greenfield SaaS application. This is a hybrid role to work on-site 3 days a week in London and offers up to £70,000 plus share options.

My client has built a platform that allows their customers the opportunity to save, recycle and make money all while providing a better environment for the planet. This role as the Senior Software Engineer will allow you to take full ownership of the existing platform, all while managing the greenfield development of the company's new SaaS application and customer integration. You will work in a small team of 7 people and directly with the company's founders. Excellent communication is a must and previous Start-Up experience is preferred. In this role, you will have the chance for career progression and to become a manager, whilst leading, hiring and developing junior engineers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
