Senior Software Engineer
Portsmouth | Hybrid Working (Typically 1 Day Per Week in the Office)

The Role
You'll become a senior member of a collaborative engineering team responsible for delivering business-critical software solutions and driving platform improvements. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and wider stakeholders, you'll take ownership of key initiatives from design through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance modern web-based applications and services
- Deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions
- Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions
- Lead development initiatives from concept to production
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Review code and champion engineering best practice
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Mentor and support other software engineers
- Drive continuous improvement across development processes and tooling
- Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap

About You
We're looking for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing the direction of products and platforms. You'll likely have:

- Strong commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET
- Solid React development expertise
- A background building and maintaining scalable web applications
- Experience contributing to system and solution design
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- A passion for high-quality software engineering
