🎯 The Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and evolving the technology that powers the business's future.
You'll be trusted to:
- Design and develop scalable software solutions from concept through to production
- Build intelligent systems leveraging AI and automation technologies
- Deliver modern, high-performance web applications
- Take ownership across the full software development lifecycle
- Solve complex challenges within distributed, high-volume environments
- Drive system performance, reliability, and scalability improvements
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operational teams
- Mentor developers and champion engineering best practices
- Influence architecture decisions and technology strategy
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across tooling, processes, and delivery

- Strong experience building and delivering production-grade software
- Proven full-stack development expertise
- Excellent knowledge of React, C# and ASP.NET
- Experience designing scalable systems within cloud environments
- A track record of delivering complex projects and managing competing priorities
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
- Exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent applications
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for innovation
