The Opportunity
Traditional insurance reacts to accidents after they happen. This fast growing scale-up is changing the narrative by using real time, data driven insights to prevent them entirely. With nearly one billion connected, insured miles and over £50M in funding, they are building the definitive insurance platform for the next generation of global delivery, logistics, and ride hailing networks. As they enter their next phase of growth, the business is expanding its core platform capabilities. This role sits within a highly strategic team responsible for engineering the systems that bring entirely new fleets, brokers, and industry sectors onto the platform. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will take ownership from end to end, designing, deploying, and measuring the impact of features that directly unlock new commercial opportunities. You'll balance complex backend architecture with intuitive user experiences while helping shape the future of the platform.
What You'll Be Doing
You will work within a sophisticated, highly asynchronous technical ecosystem, leading features from initial concept through to production.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
