- Strong fundamentals: Deep comfort with modern languages (Kotlin, Typescript, Python etc) and not afraid to pick up new ones
- A builder’s DNA: You have side projects, startup experience, or open-source contributions.
- AI Native: Shipped AI products in production
- Product intuition: You care about the purpose and the user experience just as much as the system architecture
