I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer (AI Experience) opportunity based in London (hybrid, 3 days onsite per week) on an inside IR35 contract.
The role is focused on delivering innovative features for an internal AI Assistant platform, working across the full software lifecycle from requirements and backlog refinement through to design, development, deployment, and production support. Key experience we're looking for:
- Strong backend development with Python
- Front-end experience with React (Material UI/Bootstrap preferred)
- Cloud expertise across AWS and Azure
- Experience building scalable, resilient distributed systems
- CI/CD knowledge (GitHub Actions, ADO Pipelines, Octopus Deploy)
- Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and backlog refinement
- Testing best practices and TDD

Ideal candidate will also have experience in AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, Agent frameworks, and chat-based applications, alongside experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Playwright, or Selenium.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to shape and deliver AI-powered solutions while improving reliability, observability, and automation across a complex cloud environment.
