Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days/week)
Salary: £140,000 – £150,000 base + bonus
Infused Solutions has partnered with a growth-stage FinTech providing intelligent automation and decision support systems for finance teams. We’re hiring Software Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms.
You’ll be responsible for significant components – from architecture through shipping, monitoring, and iteration based on real client feedback.
Ideal Profile
- 4-8 years commercial experience shipping production systems at scale
- Led or owned a significant component, pod, or feature line – responsible for delivery, not just execution
- Two or more of: startup experience, consulting/client-focused background, AI/ML systems delivery, financial services domain
- Senior mindset: can move fast, can wear multiple hats, has good taste in technical decisions
- Production focus: real systems, real reliability, real impact
