Senior Software Engineers & Hands-on Architects | InsureTech | London
I’m working with a global technology and insurance services organisation that’s building a new generation of InsureTech products, and they’re growing their product engineering team in London.
I’m looking to speak with both Senior Software Engineers and hands-on Architects — the important bit is that you still need to be able to code.
This isn't an architecture role where you disappear into PowerPoint and leave the engineering to someone else.

For the Senior Software Engineer level, I'm looking for strong Java engineers who have worked on distributed systems and ideally have experience with Kafka, Camunda and cloud technologies.
For the Architect level, you'll be expected to define solutions and technical direction, work closely with engineering and product teams, and still get involved in the code when needed.

Insurance experience would be a big plus, particularly across P&C, Commercial, Specialty or Reinsurance, but I'm also interested in strong engineers from other industries with the right technical background.
📍 London – 2 days per week in the office
💰 £70k–£110k base, depending on level, plus bonus and benefits.
