C++ Software Engineer
Come and build the future of DefenceTech alongside some of the best engineers in the space. You'll have real autonomy, work on technically challenging problems and help build software that has a tangible impact in the real world.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and building high-performance software for advanced defence and autonomous systems
- Solving complex engineering problems across software, hardware and real-world applications
- Developing reliable, efficient systems where performance and robustness matter
- Working closely with engineers and customers to understand challenges and deliver solutions
- Taking ownership of projects from initial design through to deployment
- Optimising existing systems and developing new capabilities as the technology evolves

What we're looking for:
- Strong C++ software engineering experience
- Solid understanding of software design, data structures and algorithms
- Experience building high-performance, reliable software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in tackling complex technical challenges
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical discipline
- Experience working close to hardware, robotics, autonomy or real-time systems is a plus
