Job Title: Ultra Low-Latency C++ Engineer (C++ 20/23)

Client: Elite Buy-Side Fund

Location: London (Hybrid)

$$$: Up to £150,000 + Bonuses + Benefits

The Role:

Our elite buy-side clients are looking for a highly talented C++ Software Engineer to join an experienced tech team. This is an environment where engineering excellence is the product. Performance is measured in nanoseconds, and your work will directly influence trading outcomes.

About You:

  • Strong experience with modern C++ (C++20/23); exposure to Rust or an interest in systems programming with Rust is highly valued
  • 2–7+ years of professional software engineering experience in performance-critical environments
  • Excellent computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, networking, and computer architecture
  • Experience building highly reliable, low-latency, high-throughput systems where performance is a primary concern
  • Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous
