Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend leaning) – Scaling AI Product – Take ownership with real impact 🚀
💰 Up to £120,000
🏡 Hybrid working – 1 day a week onsite in London
💻 Vue.js or React.js, TypeScript, Python – they are open to other backend experience
We are partnered with a fast-growing AI scale-up who are supporting their clients on how they adopt AI with confidence. Their platform combines personalized learning, AI-powered guidance and enterprise workflows to help thousands of professional to get real value from AI.
They are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend leaning) who cares deeply about crafting intuitive user experiences, whilst enjoying the challenge of owning features all the way through to production.

The business has built a product that customers rely on today and they are now entering an exciting new phase of growth. As a small, high-calibre engineering team this allows for engineers to have genuine influence over the product, technical direction and engineering culture.
What will you be doing:
- Design and build end-to-end product features used by thousands of professionals
- Create fast, intuitive and accessible user experiences that make AI approachable
- Own features from UI through APIs, backend services and deployment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to shape solutions
- Improve performance, reliability and developer experience as the platform scales
- Help establish engineering standards around architecture and mentor other engineers within the team

- Experience building production web applications with strong frontend experience skills in Vue.js or React.js
- Experience owning features across frontend and backend
- Passion for building products with exceptional user experiences
- Knowledge in API and backend development
