π We're Hiring: Senior Software Engineer | UK Remote
Are you a Senior Software Engineer who loves solving complex problems, building great software, and staying curious about what's next?
We're looking for an experienced engineer to join us in helping organisations build and improve modern software solutions β with a growing focus on AI-assisted software development, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.
You don't need to be an AI expert. We're looking for a strong software engineer first, with genuine curiosity about how AI can change the way we build, test, and deliver software.
π» What you'll be doing
- Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Work across the full software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
- Lead technical delivery within small, multidisciplinary teams.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to solve business-critical engineering challenges.
- Support and mentor other engineers.
- Improve development practices, automation, tooling, and developer productivity.
- Explore how AI and LLMs can improve software engineering workflows.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify practical opportunities to apply them.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
