Senior Software Engineer

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality production software within a cross-functional product squad.
  • Design and build automation solutions and system integrations across internal and third-party platforms.
  • Create scalable, maintainable, and secure applications aligned with architectural standards.
  • Write clean, well-tested code using Go, Node.js, React, and Python.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
  • Support the monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of production systems.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on software engineering experience with Go, Node.js, React, and Python.
  • Proven experience building integrations, APIs, and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ownership and accountability, embracing a "you build it, you support it" approach.
  • Experience contributing to high-quality engineering practices including testing and code reviews.
