About the role
You will work directly with the CTO on a variety of topics, including but not limited to infrastructure setup and development, building new agents or improving the harnesses of existing ones, or developing complex solutions at the intersection of AI x software x data to solve complex client challenges.
We have an intense roadmap ahead, which includes a plethora of new features and integrations which you will be part of.
Tech stack:
- TypeScript, end-to-end
- React, Vite, and Tailwind on the client
- Supabase: Postgres, row-level security, Storage, and Auth
- Deno edge functions; long-running work streams over server-sent events
- Our own model layer across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google
- Agentic systems: tool-calling agents and their harnesses, with heavy work (decks, models, document ingestion) in ephemeral sandboxes, TypeScript and Python

Hybrid work: we work in a hybrid setup, with 2-3 days per week of physical presence [either from the office or from the client site].

Compensation
EUR 4-6k per month + 0.25-0.75% equity [subject to performance]
