📌 About the Role
How It’s Different
Unlike our traditional product teams, the Foundry operates with flexibility and autonomy.
✔ You’ll define their own roadmap rather than follow one. ✔ Work across the full innovation cycle: from early-stage research (horizontal scanning) to prototyping, research, and customer validation. ✔ Be part of a small, cross-functional team (~6 engineers + a Tech Lead). ✔ Run multiple projects in parallel, balancing trade-offs and exploring entirely new directions.

A Day in the Foundry
A slow Friday might include:
- Debugging technical prototypes
- Meeting customers
- Breaking down competitors/solutions
- Evaluating new tools/frameworks
🔍 What Makes You a Great Fit?
💡 Technical Skills
- Proven experience with AI coding tools: Deep knowledge of strengths/limitations, with ways to productively and safely integrate them into workflows.
- Strong proficiency in modern development: Familiarity with C#, TypeScript, and Python at an advanced level.
- Agentic systems expertise: Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft Agentic Framework, or MCP (or similar).
- Clean, maintainable code: Ability to guide and review AI-generated code with confidence.
🔬 Experimental Minds
- Shaped ideas using technical prototyping, customer feedback, and lean startup principles.
- Experience running ADR sprints—quick experiments to validate outcomes before full commitment.
- Outcome-focused decision-making: Zeroing in on what truly matters, not just features or output.

- Engage directly with stakeholders: Running interviews, demos, and validation sessions.
