Job Description
You will build and scale AI-powered applications that transform enterprise interactions with intelligent agents. Working across React, TypeScript, and Python, you'll develop high-performance frontends for agent control and scalable backends for real-time AI workflows. This role integrates LLMs and agentic automation into production-ready systems for world-class financial institutions.

What You Will Do
- Design and build full-stack applications using React and TypeScript to power sophisticated AI-driven workflows for enterprise users.
- Develop scalable Python and Node.js backend services that support real-time LLM interactions, knowledge retrieval, and agentic automation.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and ML engineers to integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multimodal capabilities into seamless user experiences.
The ideal candidate
- Has over 7 years of professional experience building and scaling full-stack production applications in high-performance startup or enterprise environments.
- Possesses deep proficiency in modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, and Node.js, along with strong backend development skills in Python.
- Demonstrates a proactive startup mentality with the ability to solve complex problems autonomously while delivering robust, enterprise-grade software.
