We work alongside organisations such as PayPal, adidas, NatWest, FanDuel, and Money Saving Expert, building digital products and services that make a difference while always putting people first. Our commitment to craft, quality, and culture has helped us scale to over 600 people in just a few years.
About The Role And Team
This is an opportunity to join a team working on the modernisation of web and marketing platforms. The team has recently inherited the CMS and is looking for support to delve deeper into team dynamics, responsibilities and the roadmap, with the core objective of refocussing the CMS team on higher-value marketing work and making the wider CMS operation more scalable and manageable.
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll support the Principal Engineer in exploring proof of concepts (POCs), rapid prototyping and deep diving into agentic and workflow opportunities. You’ll bring proven senior full-stack experience across modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure and APIs, while helping shape practical ways to use AI across the platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Principal Engineer in exploring technical opportunities across the CMS and wider web and marketing platforms.
- Build proof of concepts and rapidly prototype ideas, helping the team assess what could work in practice.
- Deep dive into AI, agentic and workflow opportunities and identify where these approaches can create meaningful value.
- Work across the full stack, contributing to APIs, web applications, cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities.
- Help identify opportunities to refocus the CMS team on higher-value marketing work while making the wider CMS operation more scalable and manageable.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team, communicating clearly and helping shape pragmatic technical approaches and the future roadmap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
