Role Title: Senior Software Engineer
Role Type: Contractor (Part-time, flexible hours)

Pay: 245-280$/hr

micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire senior software engineers from top companies. You'll evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks.

Scope of Work
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
- Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
- Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
- Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance

Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years
- Undergraduate degree from an English native university.
- Based in an English-speaking country
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
