We’re looking for a Mid - Senior Level Developer who wants to make a real impact within a small team. You’ll have the support you need, alongside the autonomy to work across products from web to mobile contributing to planning, architecture, and code reviews. This is a hands-on role within a growing business where your ideas and input will genuinely shape the product roadmap.
As a startup-style environment, everyone is hands-on. You’ll be involved across the full development lifecycle and encouraged to bring fresh thinking as the platform continues to evolve.

About You
You thrive in a dynamic environment comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning quickly, and contributing beyond your core remit. You care about writing clean, maintainable code and want to work on meaningful products that improve people’s day-to-day work.
Essential:
- 4+ years’ experience as a software developer
- Experience across the full development lifecycle (design, implementation, deployment, maintenance)
- Must have experience writing unit tests and clear technical documentation
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React JS and SQL
- Experience writing unit tests and producing clear technical documentation
- Good mix of technologies

Ideal Candidate but not essential to have:
- Experience getting a React Native / Expo application to production.
- Experience in an enterprise-level Web SPA.
- DevOps experience - managing deployment processes and architecture
- Experience writing technical design documentation e.g. RFCs or system architecture diagrams
- Experience writing npm packages / modularised applications
- Experience with production application insights, logging and debugging.
You’ll work on a variety of engaging projects, from analytics dashboards to form builders, in an environment that values clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
