Duration:
Initial 3 months with likely extension
Futureheads is partnered with a leading tech consultancy that specialises in delivering complex and high-impact projects within central government.
They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with prior gov experience; somebody who can hit the ground running and join a significant ongoing programme of work with one of their biggest gov clients.
Essential Requirements:
- Senior Engineer with Java, Kotlin and TypeScript experience
- 7+ years of commercial engineering experience
- TDD
- Consultancy mindset with excellent communication skills & stakeholder management experience
- Able to set technical standards and upskill team members where needed
- Willing to travel to client's offices once per month (location may alternate between London, Birmingham and Sheffield)
- Must be eligible for SC clearance and willing to undergo the necessary checks/vetting process
