Senior Software Engineer (AI & Innovation) | London (2 Days) | Up to £98,000 + Benefits
We're partnering with a rapidly scaling global technology company that is investing heavily in AI-enabled products and internal tooling.
This is an opportunity for a strong Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex business problems and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. Whilst experience with AI technologies is beneficial, we're primarily looking for exceptional engineers who can communicate effectively and drive projects from concept through to production.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building scalable backend services and APIs using Python
- Working with emerging AI and Generative AI technologies to create practical business solutions
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver value
- Translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Designing systems that are secure, scalable and maintainable
- Contributing to modern cloud-based architectures
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with Python development
- Experience building APIs, backend services and distributed systems
- Exposure to AI, LLMs or personal AI projects
- Ability to engage and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of taking ownership and influencing stakeholders
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
