My client is a pioneering Physical AI and robotics company transforming the construction industry through software, automation, and robotics. They are building the technology that enables robots to manufacture homes faster, more sustainably, and at significantly lower cost. Their software platform connects AI-driven design, robotic manufacturing, and real-world construction operations — meaning the code you write directly impacts machines operating on live building sites.

The Role

They are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer / Engineering Lead to help shape and scale a next-generation platform at the intersection of software, AI, and robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Build and architect scalable full-stack systems using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Three.js
  • Lead technical direction while remaining hands-on in production code
  • Own key architectural decisions and help scale a growing engineering team
  • Work closely with robotics and hardware teams to bring software into the physical world
  • Build systems that coordinate robotic manufacturing and real-world automation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
