Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer at ATPCO, you will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of a wide range of ATPCO applications and services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You'll also play a critical role in improving existing applications, integrating new features, and maintaining system functionality to meet evolving business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable software, incorporating best practices and architectural standards.
- Oversee full lifecycle testing and ensure robust documentation and management of technical artifacts.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and team collaboration.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, improving processes and driving continuous improvement across the team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to product strategies and ensuring successful project delivery.
