Senior Software Engineer - Stablecoin Payments
Build the financial infrastructure that moves money globally.
At Noah, we're building the infrastructure layer that powers the next generation of global payments.
We believe money should move as easily as information. Today, cross-border payments are slow, fragmented and expensive. We're changing that with stablecoin-native infrastructure that connects banks, payment rails and digital assets through a single API.
From instant payouts in 70+ countries to programmable compliance and real-time settlement, we're helping companies like fintechs, wallets, payroll providers and global marketplaces move money faster, cheaper and more transparently.
We're around 50 people, growing quickly, and this is one of the most important engineering hires we'll make.
The Opportunity
This isn't another backend engineering role.
You'll join the team responsible for Noah's core payments engine - the systems that orchestrate money movement, settlement, ledgering, compliance and blockchain interactions at global scale.
You'll design and build infrastructure that processes real customer funds, powers millions of dollars in payment volume, and becomes the foundation for products used around the world.
If you enjoy solving hard distributed systems problems, thinking deeply about reliability and building products from first principles, you'll feel at home here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Great Looks Like
You don't wait to be told what to build.
You enjoy taking ambiguous problems, designing elegant solutions and shipping them quickly. You care about clean architecture but know when pragmatism wins. You obsess over reliability because real money is on the line.
Most importantly, you're excited by building something that hasn't existed before.
Why Noah?
You'll join at the right stage.
We're still small enough that every engineer shapes the company, but we're solving infrastructure problems that normally exist at companies hundreds of people larger.
You'll own meaningful systems.
No feature factories. No tiny tickets. Real ownership over critical infrastructure.
You'll work with exceptional people.
A small, high-performing engineering team with a high bar for quality, speed and collaboration.
You'll build for global scale.
Everything we build is designed to move money across borders, currencies and payment networks.
