Job Description
NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Principal Software Engineer to join the EDA Team, focusing on the architecture, design, and implementation of EDA clusters. The role emphasizes new product introductions at scale, particularly in hybrid deployments between cloud and on-premises environments. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of distributed systems and have a passion for continuous learning and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of technological advancement in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of impactful project deliveries focused on cloud infrastructure or cloud application services.
- Experience with at scale infrastructure, DevOps, and/or SRE practices.
- System-level experience with both hardware and software.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical activities for new product introductions at scale with a focus on hybrid deployments.
- Provide expertise in new product introduction planning spanning infrastructure workflows, hardware, software release, workload orchestration, and application tuning.
- Write effective, clear, and reliable architecture specifications.
- Translate requirements into vision, architecture, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across NVIDIA to ensure seamless integration of new product architectures.
